At Learn and Explore Kids, we believe that the quality of early childhood education is directly connected to the preparation, experience, and ongoing professional development of our staff. For this reason, we ensure that all team members responsible for childcare and program implementation meet the requirements established by the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), and maintain strong, up-to-date professional training

The program provider holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Preschool Education and a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Teaching and Research. These studies were completed in Mexico and have been officially certified and translated by the Foundation of International Services (FIS). In addition, she brings over 11 years of experience as a lead classroom teacher in a kindergarten setting. Over the past two years, she has also served as a Lead Teacher in an early learning center working with mixed-age groups, including children ages 0–3 and preschoolers. She has earned professional certifications in Teaching Strategies GOLD, including Introducing My Teaching Strategies and Objectives for Development and Learning, which further support her expertise in early childhood education.
